How a Renovation would work:

We want to do Contracting with Communication. This is important to us because when everyone feels like they are well informed and have a good idea of where the project stands they feel comfort in that. Weather it be timeline, cost, knowledge of the products or building standers, there level of satisfaction goes up and that is what we are here to do.

We have project management software to help with our Communication which shows you a up to date budget and timeline. It will also allow you to choose your produce’s and then give you allotted time to make those choices to allow for a smooth running job.

Project Management Software:

The budget is keep visible to our clients because most often on a renovation there will be unforeseen issues that are behind in the walls from rot, poor workmanship or no longer to code .

How we deal with these issues is with something called a Change Order in which we would document, take photos and then send to you up to date information threw that app. BRC would then devise a plan on how to do the work and report back to you with a solution on how we should proceed with the project.

If you are comfortable with the plan then we would get you to sign ,off on your phone and we would proceed to deal with the issue. The budget then would be update with the total cost with the change order making sure that everyone is aware of where the cost came from and knowing how much has been spent.

With our projects we keep a daily log showing what was done on the job that day weather, if materials arrived or there was a inspection. This is very important when knowing you live in a rain forest and have project starting and ending at all times of the year, some just are weather dependent for instance outdoor patios. The daily log is also nice for being able to see the progress of a job from the photos that were taken threw the day if you aren’t on site to be able to observe.
