Forrest Drive was a whole house renovation that was bought by BRC and brought back to life. All new floors, drywall, paint, bathrooms, kitchen, finishing trim, windows, interior doors and cedar deck. This was a great project as there was such a transformation from rot and and outdoor carpet inside to a bright and clean new look.
We installed new windows and then trimmed them out with rough cut cedar which sure made a difference from originally looking like a double wide trailer. Window replacement on a old house is a great place to get started to safe money on energy cost and also to see the condition of the building as often this is where the building is starting to rot.
In the front of the house we enclosed the carport which then allowed for some much needed storage area. On the rear of the house we build a cedar deck giving a great place to entertain.
The Wood ceilings on the interior of the house were true 2″x6″ double tongue and groove and had 4″x8″ roof rafters which told us this is the project for us. The floor was rotten right threw in the bathroom so that needed some fixing. So that was our starting point on this renovation was the bathroom get rid of all the rot where noticeable visible and work our way out from there. Often when there is visible rot it goes much further than expected, which then can dictate how far the budget is going to go and devise a plan.

What we want to do Contracting with Communication – and we can do this with our Project Management Software, which not only organizes YOUR job but also invites online communication between everyone involved in the project.
We will be able to have that one-on-one interaction – whether it be in person or through the software – so any decisions made throughout the building process will be done together.
