The Buck Robertson Contracting team built this home from the ground up, set on 2.47 acres of picturesque land with ample privacy, this home offers 3476 sqft of living including a large inlaw suite above the garage. The property backs onto crown land, with walking trails at your doorstep. This was Buck Robertson Contracting first Custom Home Build Lantzville.
The exterior of this house was finished with vinyl siding, shakes in the gables and wooden trim. The entranceway had rough cut cedar posts and railing with wooden soffit. The Deck was finished with slate tile on the upper section and the lower section in 5/4 cedar decking. The front door was a fiberglass wood grain door and was stained.
